Cucumbers hide under the leaves. You'll have to gently pick up the leaves and look under them.

A great way to get rid of any bitterness that comes with cucumbers is to cut the very tip off, put it back together, and then swirl it around each other for a few minutes. A foamy, white substance will come out of the cucumber and that helps pull any bitterness out.

Store in fridge.
